![]() The U.S. Geological Survey (right) recently reduced the estimate of undiscovered Marcellus Shale natural gas (not pictured). AS REPORTED by the personal news service of New York City Mayor Michael Bloömberg, the U.S. Geological Survey is now estimating that there is roughly 84 trillion cubic feet of gas—and not the epic 410 trillion cubic feet projected by the U.S. Department of Energy.
