If there is one thing that shouts, “flash cards” it’s tenants’ rights! Seriously, though. These laws and regulations are really confusing, and I’m glad some hipster young person named Cathy Chang made them understandable to you constituents. The best part is they’re only $10! More than the round-trip subway ride to my office, but less than the lawyers fees you could be rackin’ up.
