		<description>This guy is the real deal. Cuomo and he DO not play well together. That&#039;s because Gov. Cuomo doesn&#039;t want any competition for the spotlight. He has tried to take over some of Schneiderman&#039;s turf-which isn&#039;t nice and isn&#039;t constitutional. Remembver that &quot; separation of powers&quot; thing.? 
If it ever comes to a head to head  between Eric and Andrew, take it from this people&#039;s lobbyist- I work pro Bono for tax reform in Albany- choose Schneiderman. No contest!
He doesn&#039;t blow his own horn as much as Cuomo-who does?- but he&#039;s excellent, smart, and incorruptible.</description>

I just wanted to offer a clarification about an issue that&#039;s come up several times in recent press coverage: New York state passed legislation requiring that incarcerated people be counted at home for redistricting purposes back in 2010; but the recent &quot;news&quot; is the dismissal of a lawsuit challenging the law and the fact that the Senate has stopped refusing to implement the law.  Only in hyper-partisan New York would agreeing to follow the law be considered big news...</description>
